Understanding and Dealing with Behaviour Problems Webcast
The design of the webcast was captivating and conducive to learning. The content was also very interesting and inspiring. The length of the webcast was ideal for a day of learning
This webcast was very informative. I loved the way it started with a clear structure so I knew what to expect from it. I enjoyed how you explained the neurophysiology/ anatomy at the start which underpinned my understanding of theories used throughout. I personally would have preferred if the session was live, so that there could be an interactive element where I could ask questions etc. However you have made this webcast fantastically engaging despite this!
The webcast is a great format for learning - especially by being able to pause and repeat sections. The use of patient examples really illustrate points being made - the experience of the presenters really comes through
I really enjoyed the '9966' in the beginning of the webcast. It's really stuck in my mind and when I was writing my notes and watching, it really helped me to structure my learning. I also really enjoyed the neuro anatomy, it was in great detail but in bite sized bits making it really fun! You guys have done a wonderful job in creating these webcasts - I've done a few online now and I've really enjoyed all of them and felt like it's going to make me better at my job. It's also given me ideas to improve our service on the ward which I'm sure will be appreciated by the MDT
This is one of the best courses I have done in terms of how thorough, well structured and wonderfully presented the information was. It was very useful to be able to rewind the presentation and look at additional concepts in more detail. Key concepts were reinforced throughout which was helpful. It is difficult to fault this presentation!
I loved the visuals used in this webcast and also that it was all very clear. There is a logical sequence of information delivery; I felt my questions were answered exactly as they came up - the information delivery is very intuitive! The webcast is excellent! There is a huge amount of knowledge and experience delivered in the slides and it was very valuable learning for me.

The webcast shows that there is a nice, structured approach to exploring and treating behavioural issues. They have often seemed so nebulous and difficult to unpick. I feel better equipped now

As a result of this webcast I will change the way I explain and talk about emotions and behaviour with my clients during discussions and education aspects of my practice
I loved the webcast! Your teaching was excellent as usual, the perfect mix of audio and visual information. The handout matched it perfectly, and was really easy to follow along as you taught. I liked being able to 'pause' and rewind you and write more down when I needed to. Thank you so much for providing this training whilst we can't meet face to face- it is SO appreciated

I really enjoyed all of the webcast. It was easy to follow and clearly explained
This webcast is easy to watch and the neuroanatomy and neurochemistry section was a useful recap
This webcast has clear diagrams and concise explanations. It demonstrates what you preach ie. repeating information in a clear way. I also liked the way you used cultural and cartoon reflections to explain things. And it is useful to be able to rewatch it over a number of days
Things I liked about the webcast: Pace; Quality of information provided; Level of content - which was very, very appropriate and relevant to our patients and their difficulties; Excellent!!
This is a great format for learning - especially by being able to pause and repeat sections. The use of patient examples really illustrate points being made - the experience of the presenters really comes through. All very clear
This webcast format is easy to use. The educators were good, easy to understand and with the right level of speaking i.e not speaking down to and not assuming knowledge of the student
I found it really useful to be able to pause or rewind the webcast as I needed to make sure I was taking the information on board. I enjoyed the layout and visual imagery used to re-inforce the audio. Thank you for making your teachings available in this format

Clearly presented, good information
This webcast is presented well with a calming background!
I learned about the interplay between the limbic structures and the frontal lobes
I learned about the importance of neurotransmitters in mood and rehabilitation engagement, the causes and possible consequences of behavioural issues in people with brain injury, and how quality of sleep can be one of the important factors that impact on rehabilitation engagement
This webcast contains systematic illustrations and examples with excellent graphics which all helped me to learn

I liked the background given regarding the emotion-behavior connection
I learned of the importance of developing and using an appropriate assessment that includes and relies heavily on the participants perspective to develop the interventions accordingly
I learned some behavior modification techniques that I was not aware could be used with patients after TBI
I learned about the connection between emotional problems and cognitive speciific impairments
One of my big learnings is to go 'simple first'! Talk to the patient about their inappropriate behaviour first/give direct feedback as they may independently correct their behaviour once they are made fully aware of it
This webcast has made me aware of how we need to be mindful of what we are saying to the patient ie are we all continuously pointing out all the things that are wrong with them
I learned how environment can have a significant impact on behaviour
The summary at the end is good. The webcast is interesting. Duration is good too
